Over the coming weeks, various equipment will arrive at Jaeger Square to assist with site clearing. This includes removing existing trees, concrete sidewalks, and asphalt. Crews will begin work on overhead and underground utilities that will supply new infrastructure to the development. Shortly after, an earth retention system will be installed which is the first step in providing underground parking for future tenants.
Beginning the morning of Monday, January 30th, E Kossuth Street will be closed to perform a valve replacement within the street.
Beginning the morning of Monday 12/12/2022, E Kossuth St will be closed between Jaeger St and S Grant Ave for approximately two weeks to perform work within the street.
Underground utility work will begin along Grant Avenue the morning of Wednesday 10/5/2022.
